Dear Families,

Like many young people, I struggled with my weight and self-esteem as a child. When I was 12 years old, a mentor helped bring my focus inward toward positive self-development, seeing my body as a tool to help me reach my goals. The habits I set for myself as an adolescent helped create a healthy environment for my body, ultimately allowing me to thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically as I pursued my dream of healing through medicine, and using food as medicine.

Through The Body Habitat, my vision is to treat pediatric patients struggling with unhealthy weight the way I was helped as a child. I hope to help them see themselves as the beautiful people they are today while honoring the potential within. By empowering my patients with ongoing treatment that fits into their lives, they can grow into strong, healthy adults.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity and entrusting me to make a positive impact on your child’s health. I look forward to serving your family.

Warmly,

Dr. Kaysi
